The Victron MultiPlus 1200 VA 12 V Inverter/Charger VE.Bus (SKU PMP122120000) is a robust all-in-one inverter and charger built for professional installers and trade applications. This model handles 12 V battery systems and delivers 1200 VA output, integrating a true sine-wave inverter, adaptive multi-stage charger and high-speed AC transfer switch.
Designed with system flexibility in mind, the MultiPlus supports parallel and three-phase operation to scale for larger installations. Its advanced features include PowerControl and PowerAssist, which monitor and adapt to available AC supply (shore or generator) and offset peak loads via battery support – ideal in mobile fleets, marine or off-grid trade setups.
The charger section uses an adaptive algorithm to manage bulk, absorption, float and storage charging, allowing compatibility with sealed, gel, AGM, flooded and lithium batteries. When input AC fails, the device transitions to inverter mode in under 20 milliseconds, protecting connected equipment from interruption.
Enclosed in steel/ABS housing with the signature Victron blue colour, the unit is rated for heavy-duty use and professional installation, meeting stringent IEC and EN standards.
