Key Features
- Intelligent Battery Monitoring: Prevents unwanted switching by looking at the general voltage trend (increasing or decreasing). It reverses action only if the trend has reversed during a specific period, with time delays depending on the voltage deviation.

- Bidirectional Voltage Sensing: Senses the voltage of both connected batteries, allowing it to engage if either the starter battery or the accessory battery is being charged.
- Prioritising the Starter Battery: In a typical setup, the alternator is connected to the starter battery; the Cyrix engages to allow parallel charging of accessory batteries only after the starter battery has reached its connect voltage.
- Protection Against Overheating: Features built-in thermal protection that will disengage the relay in case of excessive contact temperature due to long-duration overload.
Installation & Emergency Features
- Start Assist: Allows for a parallel connection in case of emergency. The Cyrix can be engaged manually with a push button or switch to connect batteries for 30 seconds, which is useful if the starter battery is discharged or damaged.
- Dual Power Supply: The unit will close even if the voltage on one battery is too low to operate the Cyrix, provided it is not lower than 2V (12V system) or 4V (24V system).
- Long Connection Bolts: Equipped with 13mm M6 bolts to allow for the connection of more than one power cable.
