The Victron BlueSolar PWM LCD&USB 12/24V 20A charge controller is a reliable and compact choice for solar installations that need consistent battery management. An integrated LCD provides clear status information and menu access, while two 5V USB outputs with a 2A combined rating allow small devices and monitoring accessories to be powered directly from the unit.
The controller supports a three stage charging profile covering bulk, absorption and float stages. It includes dedicated programmes for AGM, Gel, Flooded and LiFePO4 batteries with internal battery management systems. A separate load output with day and night control helps prevent excessive discharge and can be configured for timed operation. This reduces unplanned downtime and protects battery investment.
For installers, the controller offers reverse polarity, overload, short circuit and over temperature protection. Self consumption remains low under 10 mA, helping conserve energy in smaller solar systems. Maximum input voltage is 28V for 12V systems and 55V for 24V systems which covers most small to medium panel configurations.
