The Victron BlueSolar MPPT 75/15 is a compact and highly efficient solar charge controller designed to maximise energy harvest from small to medium solar installations. Built by Victron Energy, a trusted manufacturer of off-grid power equipment, this controller provides dependable performance for charging 12 or 24 volt battery systems. It uses advanced Maximum Power Point Tracking technology to identify the ideal operating point of connected solar panels, increasing energy yield compared to traditional PWM controllers.
This model supports a maximum PV open circuit voltage of 75 volts and a continuous charge current of up to 15 amps. This makes it suitable for small off-grid applications including campervans, caravans, boats, garden offices, sheds, and remote monitoring setups. The controller continually adjusts to changing conditions such as shading, cloud cover or panel temperature, helping maintain reliable charging throughout the day.
The BlueSolar MPPT 75/15 includes integrated electronic protection. Battery reverse polarity, over-temperature shutdown and short circuit safeguards are all built in, helping protect both the controller and connected equipment. LEDs on the front display charging status at a glance, while the robust housing is designed for long life in demanding environments.
